For those of you who don’t know the Technic Pack is a HUGE Minecraft mod that combines several amazing mods into one easy to use pack. I’ve been playing around with it and it certainly adds a lot more to Minecraft. I’m not much one for exploring caves or fighting monsters, so the pack adds a lot of content I can just strip mine for and build.

So far my set up is pretty simple, just got a little wooden house with a mine under it. However, I have been using some of the IndustrialCraft objects. I have a Macerator and Extractor, which basically doubles my resources, set up next to my electric furnace to cook them all up. It’s all powered by a BatBox which is fed from both a standard generator and a single solar panel. I’ve only been playing for a few hours, but so far it’s really amazing.

Just recorded some footage for my Minecraft LP series. I’ll post it sometime in the coming week. Going to be doing my best to get that out more regularly.

Sims 3 video late tonight/tomorrow morning!

My 300th post. Wow. You know, it really isn’t such a big deal now that I’m posting this. So, those of you who read my blog, I’m sure you’re thinking:

“Hey, where’s that fanfiction you said you were going to release?”

Well, if you remember back to this blog here, I said I would be ANNOUNCING my FanFiction, not releasing. I know, kind of cheap, but honestly my writing skills are a tad out of shape. I need the extra time to release something everyone will enjoy.

That being said, I am announcing my story. I’m trying something new, as an experiment. I’m doing a Portal 2 fic, with the canon characters you’ve come to know and love. All I’m going to say is it takes place Post-Portal 2, with major spoilers. So if you haven’t played Portal 2, probably shouldn’t read it.

Not sure when it’s going to be released, but expect plenty of links and blog posts about it on here. Anyway, I have to go finish uploading my next Minecraft video. See you all on the flip side!
